Mr. Redmon has 25 years of experience specializing in project management, database design & management, software analysis & development, software training, and strategic & financial planning. He has led the development and implementation of PCMS Software for the past 15 years that has resulted in hundreds of users worldwide. During this time, he has focused on understanding the needs for NDT inspection services, data cataloguing, reporting and managing for customer compliance codes and governmental needs and regulations in order to extend the life of their major assets. Currently, Mr. Redmon leads the Asset Integrity Management Services division which utilizes the knowledge and resources from the entire MISTRAS Group that includes Engineering Services, PCMS Software, Risk Based Inspection (RBI), Fitness for Services (FFS), Online Web Based NDT solutions, Internet Customer Reporting and Data Management & Archiving.
Mr. Odenbach has 10 years of experience, specializing in Project Management, Sales & Marketing, PCMS Product Support, and Software Training. He currently is the Business Development Manager for the Asset Integrity Management Services (AIMS) division of MISTRAS Group, Inc. Mr. Odenbach has contributed in a variety of roles within the PCMS division during his tenure. He has managed data conversion projects for some of the largest refiners in the world including ConocoPhillips, Valero Energy, Hess Refining, visited 100+ domestic and international sites in the upstream, midstream, and downstream markets providing implementation training and support, consultation on PCMS Best Practices instruction, and has leveraged his technical skills to contribute to the PCMS development process.
Mr. Shomette has 32 years of industry experience. He began his career with Phillips Petroleum at the Sweeny, Texas refinery and held various positions in Operations and Fixed Equipment Inspection, ultimately specializing in Inspection Data Management solutions.
He joined SOS Engineering Software, Inc. in late 1999, successfully combining his equipment inspection background and knowledge of software and data systems. In this capacity, he provided support for clients implementing and utilizing UltraPIPE at numerous worldwide locations.
In 2006, he rejoined ConocoPhillips to become the Inspection and Testing Supervisor for the Gulf Coast Business Unit, Lower 48 division. This invaluable experience in midstream and upstream, combined with his previous downstream inspection and operations knowledge, creates a well-rounded base from which to work from.
He currently is the PCMS Technical Manager in the Asset Integrity Management Systems (AIMS) division of MISTRAS Group, Inc. Responsibilities include oversight within the PCMS software application to ensure compliance with code and industry standards and regulations. In addition, he is heavily involved in data conversion and initial implementation of PCMS software for various clients.
Mr. Faul has led the training and support of PCMS software for the past 15 years. In addition, he spent the previous 10 years in the refinery field as an NDE Coordinator. During this time, he has assisted the PCMS development team by injecting his actual field experience into requirements that have led to a software product that truly meets inspection needs. His training and consultation classes have been conducted at PCMS sites worldwide. Mr. Faul's blend of PCMS and NDT knowledge is a unique combination that provides world class support to our customer base. His training classes have evolved from focused PCMS product knowledge to more encompassing Mechanical Integrity consultations. His services are instrumental in helping customers implement leading inspection management programs.
Mr. Trivisonno has 25 years of software development experience with the last 15 years being spent on the PCMS software product. His current position as Chief Software Architect makes him a key participant in all phases of product development. He makes high-level design choices, helps to develop and maintain technical coding standards, and selects software development tools and components. He leads all aspects of software architecture, design, and implementation and is responsible for leading other software developers and DBAs on the PCMS project teams. He also leads all interface projects including the PCMS SAP IWR & Equipment Link and the PCMS API.
Mr. Tressler has 21 years of experience in the Information Technology field in all phases of the software development life cycle. Currently, he is the PCMS Program Manager for PCMS. Mr. Tressler was the Lead Developer and Technical Implementer on the Risk Based Inspection (RBI) module in the PCMS. He also serves as the PCMS Technical Advisor on the PCMS RBI Technical Sub Committee. Other duties performed by Mr. Tressler include working with the Management Team to set priorities and schedules for future software releases as well as coordinating activities between the programming team and other departments and/or customers.
Mr. Westra has 18 years of experience, specializing in failure analysis, pressure equipment inspection, Risk Based Inspection, corrosion and materials engineering. He currently is the Materials/Corrosion Engineer and RBI Service Manager of the Asset Integrity Management Services (AIMS) division of MISTRAS Group, Inc. Mr. Westra worked as a consultant for different industries and worked as an engineer in the chemical and refinery industry. Since 2008 he has been working as one of the first users with the PCMS RBI software and contributed to technical evolvements of the PCMS software and has been an integral part of the PCMS RBI subcommittee. Through his employments for multinationals, he has focused on understanding the needs for NDT and pressure equipment inspection services, data cataloguing, reporting and managing for owner's compliance codes and governmental needs and regulations in order to extend the life of their major assets.
Ed brings more than 17 years of experience in delivering complex, value-driven Information Technology solutions to customers. As PCMS Software Development Manager, he'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the PCMS development staff while driving process improvement, reducing time-to-market intervals, and managing strategies across IT project teams to foster collaboration. He'll also lead the team in focusing on new functionality for PCMS.
Prior to joining MISTRAS and PCMS, Ed was the Director of Application Development for a leading financial services software company for almost nine years. Before that, he was a Vice President of Information Technology and an Applications Development Manager for a communications services company.
