We offer the flexibility of private On-Site Training at the client's facility, scheduled at the client's convenience for groups of all sizes. PCMS Implementation Training These topics demonstrate actual PCMS implementation techniques being used at various refineries throughout the world. This training is conducted in a workshop format. Some key topics are:

Facility Evaluation

Examine facility’s work practices and existing documentation

Devise a data structure and implementation plan that increases productivity of Maintenance and Inspection personnel

Establish collection procedures that ensure accuracy & consistency from various monitoring locations

PCMS Setup

Setup PCMS data hierarchy to minimize data entry and to ensure reporting consistency

Create circuits based upon common corrosion environments to help track general and localized corrosion

PCMS Analysis

Use a combination of canned and custom report to pinpoint problem areas

Perform failure analysis to reduce unplanned shutdowns

Lengthen run times by examining historical data and risk factors to generate next inspection dates

Help plan and budget a long term inspection strategy by scheduling areas that need inspection
